Internship Opportunity
Are you a master student in pharmacy, biomedical sciences, or another life sciences field, and curious about the world of Market Access? At e&a consultants, we offer internship opportunities that go beyond observation — you’ll be part of the team.
What can you expect?
As an intern, you’ll be involved in a variety of ongoing projects and get a hands-on introduction to the world of pricing & reimbursement, stakeholder engagement, and strategic consulting. Depending on your interests and the timing or duration of your internship, your activities may include:
- Supporting the preparation of pricing and reimbursement dossiers
- Conducting literature reviews or data analysis
- Participating in team discussions on strategic positioning
- Participating in client meetings
- Interacting with the competent authorities
- Exploring a thesis topic in collaboration with our team (optional)
We’re a small and close-knit team, which means your contribution will have real impact. You won’t be watching from the side-lines — you’ll be actively involved, learning by doing, and working side by side with experienced consultants.

What are we looking for?
We welcome motivated master students with a background in life sciences (e.g. pharmacy, biomedical sciences, health economics...) who are eager to learn, proactive, and curious about the intersection between science, economy, policy and patient access. Strong communication skills and a flexible mindset are a plus.
Timing & Flexibility
Internships can take place throughout the academic year or summer months. Duration, focus, and objectives are flexible and will be discussed during an introductory meeting — we’re happy to tailor the experience to your academic needs and interests.
